Publication of scientific article on OBIWAN project

📢 A first scientific article on the work performed within the OBIWAN Interreg FWVL Project is out!

Partners from Ghent University under the lead of prof. Joris Thybaut (Laboratory for Chemical Technology) have made a publication on the kinetic analysis of methane pyrolysis over carbon catalysts. The kinetic parameters of an existing surface reaction model were optimized to improve predictions for methane pyrolysis over so-called low-order catalysts, resulting in the identification of the dominant methane activation routes.
